The Power of Meditation 🧘‍♀️🌟🧘

Why meditation is the most important habit and healing method you can practice, and simple steps to start.

If I could only name one thing to help you heal and grow, it would be meditation.

This is an incredibly effective habit that will transform your life for the better if you’re consistent with it.

When meditating you are in stillness, human beings are usually restless (ongoing sensory stimulation) most of their lives. By going within you allow incredible healing and evolution to happen that would be impossible to achieve in a restless state.

Simple Meditation Steps

1. Sit still

Sit on a chair or cushion with the spine erect.

Relax the body, but keep it completely still.

Close the eyes.

2. Release tension with the breath

Deep inhale then tense the whole body.

Hold the breath for 3 seconds.

Then expel the breath through the mouth with a double exhalation, “huh… huhhh”.

Repeat 3 times.

Let the body relax deeply.

3. Focus between the eyebrows

With closed eyes, gently lift your gaze to the point between the eyebrows.

This is the third eye, a center of profound inner energy.

Do not strain, just rest your attention there as best as you can.

Always bring your focus back to this point.

4. Remain still and calm

Keep the body as still as possible.

Let the mind become quiet.

Stay in that space between two thoughts.

Breathe calmly through the nose.

5. Allow what arises

Emotions, sensations, or thoughts will come up.

Allow them with openness and awareness.

Do not overanalyze or resist.

6. Return when distracted

If the mind wanders or you begin to fall asleep, gently bring your attention back to the point between the eyebrows.

Practice Guidance

• Practice every day, morning and evening if possible.

• Sit for at least 15 minutes.

• With consistency, gradually increase the duration.

Be patient and trust the process, consistency is key with meditation. Be gentle with yourself. If you feel uncomfortable, frustrated or impatient in the first few days, continue! It’s a sign that it’s working. With time you’ll start feeling more joy, love, peace, wisdom.

This habit is continuously improving my life for the better and it does the same for anyone that stays intentional and consistent enough with it.

In more deeper terms, it is the science of raising your consciousness to realize that your are a blissful soul, not just this human body, and it is the highway to reuniting your soul with God (or Creation, Spirit, Universe, etc) 🌅
